Fall Risk Reduction Program
We offer a program designed to help you navigate your house while minimizing the risk of falling. Falling poses a big threat to people over the age of 65. About 1 out of 3 people who are over the age of 65 who fall can suffer severe injury. About 50% of all people over the age of 80 suffer fall injuries.
Our program is here to help you not become part of those numbers. There are some things you can do for yourself that can minimize the risk of falling, and that includes exercising, removing clutter, and installing handrails or grab bars in certain areas of your home.
As everyone gets older, recovering from falling becomes more and more difficult. With the help of daily exercises and our specifically designed program, you can be confident in maneuvering around your house. Look into our Fall Risk Reduction Program to learn more.
